Jason Pettit

As a member of a 5th generation Comanche County, TX ranching family, Jason has had a passion for ranch land and agriculture his entire life. After graduating in 1996 with an Ag Business degree from Tarleton State University, Jason spent over 25 years in the Farm Credit system financing ranch land and agricultural producers across Texas. He excelled in both lending and management roles throughout his banking career. Jason places great value on building meaningful relationships in order to achieve the goals and dreams of his clients. He has previously owned and operated a cow-calf and feeder cattle operation and understands the varying uses of rural property. Jason has a very extensive knowledge of ranchland throughout West and Central Texas. Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Yvette, on their Taylor County property. He is passionate about his love of God and family. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and anything related to the cattle industry.

Jason was motivated to join the Trinity Ranch Land team as they have a reputation for providing exceptional service and possessing knowledge of the Central Texas, West Texas, and Texas Hill Country regions.
