furnished with all appliances and furniture will stay. Water is supplied by a
water well that the seller states is 1 gpm. The well feeds a 2600-gallon
storage tank that has a pressure set and submersible pump which feeds the water
to the cabin. There is a large tank by the cabin that is stocked with Bass,
Catfish, Perch and Crappie per the seller. The property is heavily treed with
Post oaks and some live oak, the deer blinds and feeders will convey. Property is wildlife exempt. There is
a pump jack on the north side of the property and access is from the adjoining
property and the seller states he has never had any issues with the pumper
inspecting the pump jack. There is another water well that the neighbor has an
easement access to and use of the water well the seller states in the time he
