Rolling terrain with Live Oaks, Post
Oaks and small Mesquites. Seller had the cedars cleared which opened up the
view to see the oaks and horizons. There are approximately 12 acres of an old
field that was sprigged in Coastal Bermuda in 2010 but it was not well
established due to the drought, now it is mostly native grasses with some
scattered Coastal. There are 2 water ways that wash through the field where
wildlife like to travel, hide out and sleep. There is 1 stock pond that has not
been dry since the drought in 2011, it is surrounded by large scattered Live
Oaks and a beautiful place to camp or picnic. There are amazing views and
several locations to build a home or cabin and enjoy nature. This property
is phenomenal, even though it is only 36 acres
it feels much larger.
